About Me

My name is Coralie, I'm 20 and I live in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I have been self-harming for around 5 years, with cutting being my main form in the past 2.

I am also currently 17 weeks pregnant.

I live with my boyfriend, do not work or study due to mental illness, primarily PTSD, bipolar disorder and personality disorders.

For the past 4 months now I have been trying desperately to quit self-harming. From having a self-harm "rate" of once per week, I have only harmed twice in the past 4 month period.

This is on top of stopping all of my medication for mental illness, I was too scared of it having a negative effect on the child.

I understand that some people might deem me selfish for becoming pregnant at such a time in my life, and some may think I will be an unfit mother. That is there opinion.
